MOQs & Ordering: Our minimums are flexible at the carton-pack level. Orders below the standard minimum incur a $40 (F) fee. Blank goods ship by the case, with a $10 (K) case-break fee if needed.

Production & Payment: Decorated orders typically require 15–20 business days after proof approval. Payment is 100% in advance via ACH, check, or credit card. Net 15 terms are available upon credit approval; first-time buyers require full prepayment. Orders with custom modifications are subject to 50/50 payment terms.
