GENERAL PRICING INFORMATION
Regular price includes one-color, one position imprint.
A less than minimum quantity charge of $40 (F) will apply for imprinted orders for
quantities less than the carton pack quantity. Blank goods are sold by the case. Breaking the case will incur a $10.00 (K) charge.
PRODUCTION LEAD TIME
Decorated orders: Once the PO is issued and pre-production proof is approved, it takes 15 to 20 business days to deliver any decorated products from our catalog collection.
Blank products: Orders in stock are usually shipped within 24 hours unless otherwise stated.
There are situations when the inventory runs short; in that case we will ship what is available and the rest will be shipped out upon availability. You will make a payment for the partial goods that you receive. Once the backorder is fulfilled you will make the rest of the payment.
PAYMENT TERMS
We accept check, credit card and wire.
Payment terms: 100% advance at the time of shipping either through ACH, check or credit card.
Custom orders: 50% at time of PO and balance against delivery.
First-time customers: 100% advance payment is required for all first- time orders.
Net 15 days upon credit approval only. Payments not received by due date are subject to 18% per annum late payment charge.
PRODUCT RETURN/EXCHANGE
Any manufacturing defects or incorrect items shipped must be reported within 2 days of delivery or receipt of the order. Return of the merchandise will only be accepted in the original condition and packaging it was sent in. There is also a 15% restocking fee for the entire order.
CUSTOM ORDERS & DIRECT IMPORT
Custom-made products are available. Contact the factory for pricing and minimum order quantities. Actual samples available - call for a quote. Typical production time for custom orders is 4-6 weeks after proof approval.
